We’re not sure if you recall, but Sacramento will soon be home to its first USL PRO soccer team next year, with the hope of one day upgrading the club to MLS status.
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. We haven’t even decided on what to wear. Or on our logo, for that matter.
The team is, however, open to suggestions.
On the Sac Pro Soccer website, the club is offering up a survey for fans to help decide the following options:
1. Club
- Athletic Club (AC)
- Football Club (FC)
2. Jersey color scheme (five options)
3. Logo theme
- State Capitol
- Railroad
- Tower Bridge
- Trees
- Gold Rush
- River
Personally, I went with:
- FC (duh),
- blue-gold-black, and
- Gold Rush
What do you think? Go on, vote, before some dolts out there succeed in naming our club Sac Trees AC. If you do, you might win some scarves–or even season tickets.
