Two Sheds drops new single, album coming in May

After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Two Sheds will release its long-awaited second album Assembling on May 26 via Crossbill Records.

The Los Angeles indie rock band is led by former Sacramentans Caitlin and Johnny Gutenberger. Caitlin used to play in Release the Sunbird; Johnny in Far and Jackpot. A decade ago, the pair unveiled Two Sheds at Old Ironsides. Now, it’s getting the full attention it deserves. Assembling is a beautiful collection of deep, melodic rock—atmospheric yet catchy. Caitlin’s emotive voice remains dynamic and engrossing throughout.

Two Sheds just dropped its first single “You Get Me,” and I highly recommend a listen. The next time Caitlin and Johnny perform nearby will most likely be the Davis Music Festival on June 20.
