The nomination period has ended. The results will appear in our September 3rd issue.
Usually, this is the time of year, we’d be asking you to vote in more than 200 categories for SN&R’s Best of Sacramento. But, like nearly everything else in the world we’re doing things differently during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is not a time to encourage competition. Instead, we’d love to hear from you about the people around you who are making this trying time a little less difficult. So this year, instead of inviting you to vote for Sacramento News & Review’s Best Ofs, we’re asking you to help us recognize some of Sacramento’s Pandemic Heroes.
Who is a hero that you want to recognize?
A Pandemic Hero is a business, nonprofit or person in the Sacramento area that’s made a difference in your life during these harrowing times. To simplify it, we’ve narrowed it down to four categories: Food & Drink, Retail & Services, Arts & Entertainment, and People. We’d love for you to share why you’ve nominated them. It should only take about a paragraph.
The best submissions will be highlighted in our September 3 print issue. Thank you for helping us thank the city’s Pandemic Heroes!
