Sacramento lobbyist Tom Sheehy and his family are working with the Sacramento County Sherrif’s department to find 15-year-old Nicholas Sheehy who disappeared without a trace on Monday.

The Rio Americano freshman was last seen Monday morning–he had breakfast with his family–and was reported missing on Monday evening,  according to the San Juan Unified School District.

Sheehy’s father, a lobbyist with the Greenberg Traurig firm, told The Sacramento Bee that his son may have been still distraught over a loss his high school basketball team suffered over the weekend.

Sheehy is 6″3”, 200 lbs, has light brown hair and blue eyes

The family has set up a Facebook page, Find Nicholas Sheehy,  to aid in the search and is also asking anyone with information to call the Sheriff’s Department at (916) 874-5115.
