Gallery: An ocean of determined people at the State Capital

Thousands of noon-time protesters gathered Wednesday at the State Capitol in Sacramento to fight back against the new administration of President Donald Trump.  The protest was part of a “50 states, 50 protests, one day,” event organized by the 50501 Movement at state capitols across the country. Protesters held signs and chanted denouncing Elon Musk, immigration policies, and Project 2025.
