Just in time for your New Year’s resolutions, Liquidology is set to open Saturday, Jan. 3 in East Sacramento.
The cold-pressed juice shop was supposed to open in September, and again in November, but faced construction delays. Now, it’s finally ready to serve up an array of healthy juices—for example, “Glow” with romaine, spinach, cucumber, watercress, apple and pear, or “Pistol Pete” with watermelon rinds, pineapple and mint—along with nut milks and floral water.
The owners uploaded a few photos to Yelp, and the space looks sleek and modern with natural accents.
Liquidology joins Sun & Soil Juice Company as another cold-pressed juice option in Sacramento, soon to be joined by Metro Juice Company, opening early this year on R Street. But Liquidology has teamed up with the Green Boheme, the area’s raw, organic, vegan food center, for grab-and-go food options as well. These will likely go far beyond Sun & Soil’s food offerings, which is currently focused on grab-and-go salads.
The business, located at 4601 H Street, will be regularly open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
