Isleton Cajun & Blues Festival lineup is out—preview some tracks here

The annual Isleton Cajun & Blues Festival has announced its 2014 lineup, which features headliners Marcia Ball, Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys, Nathan & The Dydeco Cha Chas, and JD McPherson.

Thousands are expected to flock to The Delta Boat Storage—a new festival location on the Delta Loop—for a family-friendly weekend of Zydeco and Cajun music. And 20,000 pounds of crawfish. Yum.

In addition to big national acts, some local musicians are features as well: Richie Lawrence, Kyle Rowland Blues Band, Catfish & The Crawdaddies, Red’s Blues and The Cool Drift Band. The festival takes place June 14-15.

Early bird tickets are on sale now—$35 for a two-day pass and $20 for a single day pass. Children under 12 get in for free. Check out the website as more information gets added about lodging, transportation, Bayou food vendors and more musicians. And for a quick musical taste, enjoy some tracks below.
