Applications to perform at the annual Cesar Chavez Plaza concert series known as Friday Night Concerts in the Park are due tomorrow. There’s a flier (design thereof somewhat improved over last year’s; Google it) with all the info:

The powers that be behind CITP, otherwise known as Play Big Sacramento (yes, they still call themselves that), will announce the 2014 lineup on March 1.
