He'll take the Wendy's trash bin, well done

Marvin Andrew Watson sure likes fire.

The 56-year-old has three arson convictions dating back to February 2008, and could be headed for his fourth after getting busted Monday morning outside the Rosemont neighborhood in southeastern Sacramento.

That’s where authorities believe Watson set fire to a trash can outside of a Wendy’s during an argument with one of the fast food restaurant’s employees, Sacramento police logs show.

Watson is currently being held at the main jail downtown. He has a $90,000 bail and July 17 court hearing on a felony arson of property charge.

Watson pled no contest to the same charge this past January. After violating the terms of his probation a month later, he was sentenced to serve 240 days in jail. But he was granted a modified sentence in April and released.

Hey, at least the guy’s consistent.
