Midtown Blue, the Alternative Arts Collective’s web-based drama series base in Midtown Sacramento, debuts its third episode with a release party and screening at Urban Hive on Saturday, May 30.

The 12-episode series (episodes are being released at a rate of about one per month so far) follows three Sacramento artists who are all fired on the same day. It’ll be followed with a feature-length film to finish the story. Learn more about the series from our previous blog posts here and here.

The Episode 3 release party starts at 6 p.m. and features food for sale from Federalist Public House. Buy tickets ($5) here, visit the event’s Facebook page here, and watch previous episodes of the series on YouTube here. The Urban Hive is located at 1931 H Street, and the event is hosted by City Scout.
