The Aeolus Wind Harvester is a dual stage wind turbine controller specifically designed for the unique needs of wind turbines. This device will charge your batteries more efficiently and harvest more energy in low wind conditions. It will also monitor your batteries and prevent overcharging.

Unlike other chargers that just send a signal to a separate and expensive divert dump load relay, the Aeolus Wind Harvester comes with a relay already built into the circuitry, saving you money and space. The nifty LED in the front of the box tells you its working: the longer the pulse the more wind you are harvesting!

How does it Work?

The way your batteries charge is an inherently flawed system. The Wind Harvester corrects this by using pulse power. With pulse power the current generated from your wind turbine can be accepted more easily into your batteries.

Traditional batteries use lead and acid to keep a charge. The sporadic nature of wind turbine charging wreaks havoc on this system by creating lead-sulfate crystals, which prevent efficient charging and leads to the death of your battery.

The Wind Harvester circumvents this by allowing the H2SO4 (Sulfuric Acid) that is generated next to the PbSO4 (one atom of lead, one atom of sulfur, and four atoms of oxygen) time to diffuse away from each other, giving improved conductivity and less resistance.

Dump Load Included!

You will need a dump load in case your batteries are full and you are still making electricity. If you don't have a dump load you could destroy your batteries. They could gas, spewing toxic fumes into your home, or catch fire.

Our dump load comes in a box that evenly distributes heat throughout the device, and a fan which maintains a stable temperature; preventing overheating.

How Does it Work?
