Job DescriptionTitle of Position: Sales ManagerPosition Type [FT/PT/temporary, etc.]: Full-time, with occasional weekend/evening work and occasional travelCompensation: Competitive salary, commission + employee benefit packageLocation: SacramentoSummary: Dynamic, privately held company within the Real Estate industry seeking Sales Manager with a proven record of accomplishment of leading while ensuring top customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will serve as a service and industry expert to help the sales team close qualified leads, grow the sales pipeline, and ultimately help grow our customer base and drive revenue. The Sales Manager will manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives, as well as be responsible for developing the Sales Departments processes to optimize efficiency. The Sales Manager will have a deep knowledge of the typical challenges Sales Representatives face daily and provide the team with best practices to overcome those challenges.Past sales outcomes under candidates ownership must include measured increase in overall closings during career, as well as measurable increases in client referrals and repeat business.
