The products would consist of memory technologies like 3D NAND Flash memory. You will be responsible for developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying new non:volatile memory products, enabling volume manufacturing, and coordinating test and analysis resources over the lifecycle of the product. You will run simulations, create and maintain design documentation, analyze parametric data and debug/solve yield, quality and reliability failures. This role will be focused on reliability based testing especially on BURN:in.
Understand test modes (Design For Test) and test methodologies as applicable to reliability and BURN in.
Own and validated test modes via simulations. Validate the same on silicon.
Using test Hardware and Software based Failure Analysis (FA) tester to debug product issues and validate the product.
New product checkout: including validation of test modes via BURN in and FA tester.
Product and device Characterization including performing reliability characterization on BURN:in FA tester.
Performing failure analysis on qualification fallout.
