ModSpace is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join the team in our West Sacramento branch location.

This is an ideal opportunity for hardworking professionals to join a mid-sized North American company in an inside sales position. This is a fast paced position with great training and future opportunities for advancement. Successful ISAs have the potential to earn an average of $18k-$22 in annual commissions.

ModSpace ISAs help drive sales revenue and customer satisfaction by partnering with an assigned outside sales team to:

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails

* Create, maintain and follow up on quotes, achieving a high conversion rate to actual orders

A successful Inside Sales Associate has:

* A bachelor's degree OR a minimum of two years of sales experience

* Outstanding listening skills, interpersonal communication and written communication skills

* Strong computer proficiency


* Business to business sales experience

* Experience using or another CRM for contact management

The Inside Sales Associate position is a salaried role with commissions and bonus eligibility.

Hours are based on a 40 hour work week, with a set work schedule taking place between 8am and 7pm Monday through Friday depending upon the North American geography assigned.
