The EBU Business Operations team is responsible to coordinate all business planning activities related to EBU revenue including alignment of partner organizations to customer and product line supply strategies, demand consolidation and analysis, supply prioritization and allocations, and capacity optimization for the 7:36 month horizon.
As a business operations specialist for the Embedded Business Group, you will be responsible for all business planning activities for one of our product technology groups (NAND, NOR, DRAM, MCP). These activities will require a high degree of collaboration and alignment with sales, marketing, supply chain, product engineering, and finance.
In this role your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Generate our tactical and long range demand signals via inputs from sales and marketing teams inclusive of product line strategies, customer design wins, NPI's, EOL's, and other conversions
-Collaborate with demand management teams to ensure customer support plans and sales forecasts are in alignment with the 0:6month business plan
-Represent EBU during both tactical and long range supply/demand activities and drive resolutions that align with business unit priorities
-Align with supply chain teams on wafer allotments, loadings, and long term supply strategies
-Measure and manage inventory, delivery performance, and supply chain flexibility in collaboration with supply chain, product engineering, and finance teams
-Generate regular updates for sales and marketing regarding supply guidance and support strategies
-6:12 years of experience at Micron either in product marketing, business operations or supply chain dealing with tactical supply/demand execution activities
-Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and translate into meaningful strategies for management
-Ability to lead cross:functional teams and influence partner organizations
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
Education:BS degree in Business or equivalent
