Cook Position Summary:
A Cook is responsible for maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction according to Restaurant standards while cleaning, receiving, preparing and stocking product. This Associate has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices according to SOPs set forth by the Restaurant and the California Health Code. The Associate interacts with customers and employees in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, knowledgeable, and friendly way.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
:High School diploma preferred but not required
:Graduate of a culinary institute preferred but not required
:Minimum of 2 years of food preparation experience required
:Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
:Knowledge of food ingredients and preparations
