Job Description:/h3:
General administrative support for residential construction projects.
Organize and maintain project files, filing of permits and project communications.
Provide data entry for projects.
Update record copies, permits, engineering, and architectural project documentation and changes.
Provide information to facilitate questions regarding projects, new clients, proposals and prepare research information.
Answer phones and direct calls.
Sort incoming mail.
Collect and distribute client bills and invoices.
Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.
Prepare outgoing mailings and labels, including e:mail and fax.
Order and maintain supplies.
Assist in clerical needs on projects
All other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years administrative experience, residential remodel construction industry experience is a must and or working with a real estate agent. Proficiency in working on the computer in Microsoft Office, Excel, Email and Calendar systems Strong working knowledge of basic office equipment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational abilities
An associates degree in business or related administrative experience preferred
Must understands bids, and RFPs as they relate to residential remodels.
