Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Functional knowledge of human resources principles, policies and processes to include compliance, documentation procedures, administration and support activities.Provides assistance in the development and maintenance of employee information, including workforce integration, onboarding and EEO/AA/OFCCP requirements.Assists in maintaining resume and talent acquisition systems and reporting. Primary support to the recruitment and hiring processes. Coordinates employment advertising, maintains applications and application records, identifies and interacts with potential job seekers and candidates.May conduct reference checks, employment validation or background processing, arrange temporary personnel support, and track employment/recruitment costs.Represent the company at college/university and association job fairs and events. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with recruitment entities within colleges/universities for recruitment and in:kind services.Coordinates meetings including, but not limited to, interviews, department meetings, ongoing/required training and development activities. Will arrange travel and logistics for employees, candidates, and others as necessary in support of Administration activities.Plans, coordinates, and administers to major events and company functions such as job fairs and corporate events. Will include preliminary budget preparation, organization, and coordination of the event(s).Position regular interacts in:person and via phone/email with clients, consultants, job seekers/candidates and other entities.Regular provides direct assistance to leadership and management entities on administrative tasks and special projects.Provides support to the recruitment activities to include, but not be limited to, job postings, social networking activities and identification of new media sources for position marketing.Qualifications:High School diplomaStrong Micosoft Excel skills required Must have the ability to provide interpersonal and communications skills at a high level to include the independent drafting of correspondence and documents, presentation to individuals and groups as well as an ability to publish documents and job postings. Capable use of English grammar, proofreading/editing and spelling is required.Must possess knowledge and application of human resources administration, applications, compliance and practices.Microsoft Office Suite products and experience with Human Resources Information Systems or related systems such as applicant tracking software, report and tracking programs and documentation systems.
