WeA?re inviting a Recruiter to bring their expertise in sourcing, screening, recruiting and performance:based hiring to our growing firm. If selected, you will work closely with a team of people:focused professionals in multiple offices. Serving as an integral partner in full cycle recruiting, youA?ll build a strong candidate pipeline and working with internal and external A?clientsA?. We are counting on you to possesses great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a momentA?s notice and to enjoy the challenges of helping to further a growing organization. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a couple years of experience who is looking to broaden their corporate recruiting experience in a national firm.What youA?ll be doing:Use best practices for sourcing, screening, recruiting, and closing top candidatesPartner with team members to ensure a high:quality and consistent process with every candidateManage data and process flow in our applicant tracking system (experience with ICIMS a plus)Serve as a business partner for hiring managers and an advocate for candidatesInitiate background checks and conduct reference checks prior to offers being madeAssist the recruiting team with events, meetings, projects and initiatives targeting both university students and experienced professionals.
