Overview
Drivers deliver freight to local, regional and national customers throughout the continental United States. Most loads are single stop with the average haul being 600 miles. Drivers average 2,100 to 3,000 miles per week. The average home time is 2 days for every two weeks out. Dispatchers are assigned and 90% of loads are no touch and live unload. Company pays for lumper on all driver-assist loads.

Compensation

Paid weekly

$0.30 per mile under 1-year experience

$0.34 per mile over 1-year experience

Top pay $.40 per mile

Hazmat loads pay a $.03 per mile premium

NYC loads pay $100 premium but are not a requirement

Average $32,000 - $46,000 under 1 year experience

Average $37,000 - $53,000 over 1 year experience
