I am staffing for a customer service position for a logistics company in the Rocklin, Ca area. Must have 5+ years of customer service with order processing, preferable with SAP experience. Responsibilities: - Talk with customers over the phone and receive orders, quite requests, follow ups and other inquires. - Responsible for data entry of all orders for the Customer through the ONA Sales Representative. - Provide inside support to outside Sales Reps. - Photo copy and scan documents - Perform contract review work process on Customer Purchase Orders - Write customer quote requests, sample request, formal quotes to customers and sales rep leads for prospective accounts - Submit follow ups on orders on accounts necessary - Coordinate changes to ordersWorking hours: M-F 8am - 5pmSkills:Qualification: - 5+ Years of high level customer service experience - Order processing - Problem solving skills - Ability to present information one on one or to a group of people - Great written and oral skills - SAP experience is a huge plus - HS Diploma Location: Rocklin, CaTemp - HirePay: $19-22 Dependent on experienceRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
