Come and help us make health care better for everyone.Job Description: Involvement in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC) which includes but not limited to Requirement gathering/analysis, technical design, development, testing, and user acceptance testing and warranty support.Accountable for the TriZetto Facets design and specification of Customer Quality system solutions and tasked with applying systems analysis knowledge to drive and execute the analysis of highly complex problem management, system enhancement, and modification requests. Lead and guide system requirement teams on eliciting system requirements, including mentor of less tenured system analysts and new employees. Lead complex interface requirements and design. Work with the design and development teams by collaborating with customers, engineers and subject matter experts to identify business requirements.Coordinate with the development team to implement the requirements and make sure the requirements are properly implemented in Facets.Responsible for leading impact analysis and reviewing estimates for new components and Change Requests/Service Requests. Responsible for the quality of requirements in the interfaces. Conduct requirements' meetings with business & trading partners, gather requirements details, document and review requirements with various client stakeholders (like business users, trading partners and systems team) and get approval on the requirements.Responsible for providing a peer-review of the System Use Cases before they are approved and published. Accountable for the creation of functional test cases and providing assistance in unit testing. Perform a root cause analysis on QA and UAT defects and take action to avoid the same defects from re-occurring. Participating in Defect Triage meetings. Perform a root cause analysis on CRs/SRs to understand the reason for those CRs and SRs so they can be mitigated in the future. Provides metrics to management on quality of requirements and clarification tracker. Share Best Practice and learning across internal teams.Determine the scope in coordination with various cross teams - Process, Configuration, Conversion and Systems.Analyze the functionality in the existing legacy systems and provide consultation on Facets functionality to business users on how to implement the requirements for the project using Facets. Perform functional testing.Work with Tidal batch team to schedule the interface jobs in Tidal.Modify existing applications to meet user's changing needs. Support business users in completing validation of critical UAT test cases.Requires: A Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related field. Must have 5 years of experience writing system requirements for large scale system implementations; 5 years of experience using software development life-cycle methodologies such as Agile, RUP or Waterfall. Must also have 5 years of experience with TriZetto Facets systems; 5 years of experience with Health plan operations in at least one of the following: enrollment and billing, claims and benefits, network management, medical policy and utilization management.5 years Experience with managing complex technology projects. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as stated, will accept 8 years of experience as stated above.
