The Business Information Analyst will collaborate with external and internal constituents in accordance with the professional standards of the discipline, applicable regulatory requirements and business objectives of the organization to further enhance the current Cancer Care Network (CCN) program and future affiliated programs with community providers. Will serve as the primary connection between the CCN Network functions, Cancer Center, Marketing and the Information Technology department and is accountable for identifying, qualifying, and driving adoption of technology solutions and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The position will focus on building relationships with affiliate sites and ensuring technology and marketing investments are aligned with business objectives, are scalable for future growth, and are designed to maximize utility across the entire network.--Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Insights/Analytics & Reporting and/or related work experience in a Business Analyst/Business Liaison capacity working on Digital Marketing / Analytics programs.*-Advance degree in a relevant field and/ or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible professional experience.*-Experience developing metrics and measurements to determine impact of the brand solutions.*-Program management skills, Project management principles and software development life cycle management*-System analysis and design knowledge needed to understand functional requirements and translate these functions as applicable to computerized processing.*-Application of appropriate methods and tools to the systems development life cycle as related to informatics.*-Experience resolving complaints and grievances.*-Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of operational practices and principles.*-Demonstrated experience leading information system projects preferably in a healthcare environment.*-Working knowledge of total computer environment including hardware, operating system software and application software.*-Proficient in office automation software (word processing, spreadsheets, visual presentation such as MS Project, Visio, etc.)*-Experience with analysis, build, implementation and support of healthcare information systems.*-Experience working with clinical information systems or system implementation teams for complex projects and/or application development.*-Experience with large-scale databases.*-Academic institution or large integrated health system experience preferred.*-Knowledge and understanding of University policies and procedures preferred.SPECIAL REQUIREMENT*-Must be able to work flexible schedule as needed.*-THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENTSee Description
