CoResponsibilities:- Administer and support our Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye, Crucible, HipChat) and SCM tools (Jenkins, SVN, Git, Nexus)- Keep all tools software updated with latest versions- Create test and implementation plans for tools upgrades- Perform tools upgrades- Monitor tools and ensure they run optimally- Create and maintain complex JIRA configurations such as workflow, notification, and field configurations- Understand tool and process integration across the SDLC- Design and implement solutions that enable faster and more efficient software delivery for enterprise platforms- Provide administrative and technical support not limited to the installation of software patches, troubleshooting of problems, performance tuning, software configuration, failure analysis, architecture, and migrations- Evaluate new tools and process changes- Configure and sustain monitoring tools- Implement tools enabling SCM, automated testing, and automated metrics across the enterprise- Support backup and recovery strategies for the SCM system- Create and maintain tools process documentation for installation, maintenance, and training- Provide SCM tools training as needed- Support tools during off-hours as required Qualifications:- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent- Requires 3+ years of administration, operational support, and/or engineering in Atlassian tools suite, Subversion, Jenkins, and/or other related SCM tools- Programming in Python, Perl, Java, and/or .NET- Working knowledge of creating and maintaining complex configurations in JIRA- JIRA & Confluence plugin development experience a plus- Experience in integrating SCM tools with other related application software- Experience in supporting thousands of users, including offshore users- Experience in upgrading tools software, creating test cases, and rollout plans- Build and release engineering background a plus- Strong troubleshooting skills on tooling and server-side issues- Familiarity with Windows & Unix/Linux administration- Effective communication and documentation skills- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with multitaskingRequired Skills (top 3 to 5/ non-negotiables):What you like to see on resumes?
