Job DescriptionData Entry (Case Processor) PositionWe are looking for a personable, sharp, detail-oriented person to be responsible for entering data into our custom case management system (FileMaker) and to process and archive electronic documents in a document management system. May also assist with a wide range of administrative assistance and support such as scanning, phones, filing, copying, collating, etc., to facilitate the efficient operation of the law office and maintaining hardcopy legal files.This position is a full-time office support position. Our small but dedicated staff is committed to the success of the office in meeting the contract for services with our courts. Teamwork and integrity make it a great place to work. As a result, our turnover rate is low. Our office is currently transitioning to greater use of electronic files and less paper. This new support member position will be vital to handling, organizing, and archiving the e-documents we receive.
